Elegant Events offers an array of packages to cover every level of a brides planning needs. Our services range from day of coordination to full service planning with hourly consultation as an additional option. Our Event Design package is included as a complimentary services in all partial and full services packages, giving our couples a piece of mind when it comes to decor set-up.

Elegant Events offers a free initial consultation to all pre-qualifying clients!

~ Elegant Package ~

(Day of Coordination)

This package is designed for those couples who are rapidly approaching their upcoming wedding and need someone to step in and wrap the final details with some prep and final consultation time. This package is for managing the ceremony and reception only, as event design services are not included in this package but can be added for an additional fee.

~ Exceptional Package ~

(Partial Planning - Level 1)

This package is designed for the couples who might have secured all or most of their planning vendors but need a professional to convey their details to the event vendors and map out a detailed plan of all the wedding logistics. This package also includes our event design service.

~ Extravagant Package ~

(Partial Planning - Level 2)

This package is designed for the couple who is interested in making final decisions but would much rather leave all the details to a wedding professional. In addition to the standard hourly services and event design services, this package also includes an invitation service that will assemble, address, distribute, and track your wedding invitations and responses free of charge!

~ Extraordinary Package ~

(Full Service Planning - Maximum Coverage Level)

This package is designed to provide the maximum planning services available for the busy couple with little preparation time and prefer a wedding professional to handle all the details. This package also includes the additional amenities as provided in the Extravagant Package.

~ Professional Consultation ~

(Advice of a Professional Wedding Consultant)

Hourly consultation is also an option for those clients who just looking for a professionals advice on suggestions for their day. Rates for this services are flat rate per hour and also be added to any planning package.

~ Event Design Services ~
(Decor Package)

Have all of the planning details together but have no idea where to begin or what to do about decor? Well Elegant Events offers an event design package to cover the decorative aspect of your event. This package offers a stress-free event by taking care of the following for you:

Event Floor Planning
Design Proposal (submitted to your venue for approval as required)
Linen Checklist & Rental
Accessories Checklist & Rental
Equipment Rental Checklist
Decor Rental at a Nominal Fee (Centerpieces, Mirrors, etc.)
Purchase Options at a Nominal Fee (Guest Book, Aisle Runners, etc.)
